For teams that need data to stay inside the EU — agencies, public-sector creators, and compliance-minded marketers — that location is a stated commitment, not an assumption. Higgsfield is a US-based company and, as of June 2026, does not publish a data-residency guarantee on its pricing, terms, or privacy pages. If EU hosting matters to your workflow, that disclosure gap is worth weighing.

We did not find documented C2PA provenance on Higgsfield. Your content also stays yours: ClipStudios does not use your prompts or generated videos to train AI models, whereas Higgsfield's terms (§4.4) grant it a perpetual licence to use your inputs and outputs to train its AI models. On refunds, ClipStudios applies the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal (before you begin using credits).
