      Deepfakes or face-swapping of real people without consent

      Identity impersonation or fraud

      Copyright infringement or unauthorized content

      Non-consensual intimate or sensitive content

      Misinformation, defamation, or illegal content

      Harassment, threats, or abuse

      Content involving minors in any harmful context

      Adult & Explicit Content

      Prohibited by Google, Kling AI, Hailuo, and other providers

      Pornographic or sexually explicit material

      Nudity or sexual acts

      Sexually suggestive content without proper consent

      Any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)

      Political Campaigns & Lobbying

      Specifically prohibited by Kling AI

      Political campaign materials or advertisements

      Lobbying content intended to influence government

      Electoral manipulation or political propaganda

      Content designed to influence voting behaviour

      Solicitation & Spam

      Specifically prohibited by Kling AI

      Mass unsolicited commercial messages

      Spam videos or automated bulk content

      Deceptive marketing or misleading advertisements

      Aggressive or predatory solicitation tactics

      Obscene & Indecent Content

      Specifically noted in Hailuo terms (subjective enforcement)

      Content deemed obscene or indecent by community standards

      Material that may be perceived as 'annoying' or offensive

      Disturbing imagery without legitimate purpose

      Content that violates general decency standards

      Marketing and promotional videos

      Explainer and educational content

      Product demonstrations

      Social media and digital content

      Corporate communications

      Training and onboarding materials

      Entertainment and creative projects (with proper consent)

      Artistic expressions and original creative work

      Your Responsibilities

      You are solely responsible for:

      • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
      • Respecting intellectual property rights
      • Not infringing on third-party rights
      • Including necessary disclosures and obtaining consent
      • Using content only for permitted purposes
      • Reviewing and complying with specific AI model provider terms

      How We Enforce This Policy

      • We review content flagged by users or automated systems
      • We remove content that violates this policy
      • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
      • We cooperate with law enforcement as required
      • We may restrict access to specific AI models based on compliance history

      Model Provider Compliance

      Different AI models may have additional restrictions beyond our policies. For example:

      • Kling AI: Strictly prohibits political campaigns, lobbying, and spam content
      • Hailuo: Has subjective content standards regarding "annoying" or "indecent" content
      • Google (Veo): Prohibits content violating their Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy
      • Runway: Has comprehensive content policies for their generation models
